1. Acceptance of Terms

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF EUROCOVER INSURANCE BLOG EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID EUROCOVER INSURANCE BLOG IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION WILL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING THOSE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF EUROCOVER INSURANCE BLOG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EuroCover Insurance Blog, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any disputes regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be finally settled by the courts of Denmark.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement
